Your role

As a Telephone Operator/PBX, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience through every phone interaction. You will ensure all communications are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with the hotel’s quality and hospitality standards, providing a smooth and friendly service at all times.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide clear and accurate information about hotel services and facilities
• Handle phone requests from in-house guests and external clients, directing them to the appropriate department when needed
• Support reservation management, including bookings and modifications, following established procedures
• Coordinate with Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth communication
• Record and deliver messages accurately and in a timely manner
• Keep operational information up to date to ensure efficient telephone service
• Comply with internal protocols related to data protection and confidentiality
• Represent the hotel’s image and values in every interaction with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented tone
• Perform any additional duties consistent with the role, level of responsibility, and area of expertise as assigned by Management
• Collaborate flexibly with new operational, strategic, or organizational needs
• Actively contribute to the development of the project, adapting to changes related to pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service

• Knowledge of reservation systems or hotel software is a plus

• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Valid EU / Spain work permit
