Your role

As Marketing Executive, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate the Nômade Temple Madrid brand. You will play a key role in storytelling, content creation, campaigns, and community engagement, helping to bring the essence of Nômade to life across all channels.

What you will do:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Create engaging content for social media, website, and newsletters

• Support brand storytelling and ensure consistent visual and tone of voice

• Coordinate photo and video shoots in collaboration with creative teams

• Manage social media community engagement and responses

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics

• Support event promotion and on-site activations

• Collaborate with F&B, operations, and external partners for brand initiatives

• Stay updated on trends in hospitality, lifestyle, and digital marketing

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Team player with a collaborative attitude

• Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or similar role (hospitality a plus)

• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Valid EU work permit
