Your role

As Bar Manager, you will lead the bar concept and daily operations, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and innovative beverage experience. You will inspire and guide the bar team, combining creativity, precision, and organization to deliver drinks and service that reflect the essence of Nômade.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and high-quality service

• Develop and maintain the cocktail and beverage menu aligned with the Nômade concept

• Supervise, train, and motivate the bar team

• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards

• Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier relationships

• Monitor beverage costs and support profitability targets

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards

• Create a dynamic, engaging, and positive environment for both guests and team

• Collaborate closely with F&B and kitchen teams for a cohesive guest experience

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate about mixology, hospitality, and guest experience

• Experienced Bar Manager or strong background in high-volume or premium bars

• Creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented professional

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

• Team player with a proactive and positive mindset

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Bar Manager or similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage operations

• Experience in team training and bar cost control

• Solid understanding of hygiene and safety standards

• Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)

• Valid EU work permit
