Your role

As Head Chef, you will lead the culinary vision and daily kitchen operations, ensuring a high-quality and consistent gastronomic experience. You will inspire and guide the team, combining creativity, precision, and organization to deliver dishes that reflect the essence of Nômade.

What you will do:

• Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Design and execute menus aligned with the Nômade concept and seasonal products

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Manage kitchen team scheduling, training, and development

• Control food costs, stock, and supplier relationships

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations

• Collaborate with F&B and management teams to enhance the overall guest experience

• Monitor kitchen performance and continuously seek improvements

• Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative team environment

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate culinary professional with strong leadership skills

• Experienced in managing kitchen teams in restaurants or hospitality environments

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality

• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with the ability to inspire and lead

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and cost control

• Experience in menu development and team management

• Solid understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

• Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)

• Valid EU work permit
