Your role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service, team leadership, and guest experience. You will create a dynamic and inspiring environment where service flows seamlessly and every guest interaction is elevated.
What you will do:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service standards
Ensure consistency in service quality aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Manage guest experience, handling feedback with professionalism and care
Coordinate closely with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations
Monitor performance, productivity, and service flow during operations
Implement and maintain SOPs, service procedures, and quality standards
Support financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization
Create a positive, motivating, and high-performing team environment
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management within luxury or high-end environments
Passionate about gastronomy, service, and creating memorable dining experiences
Strong leader with a hands-on, proactive, and inspiring approach
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and operational awareness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a natural ability to motivate and develop others
Requirements:
Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in 5★ hotels or high-end restaurants
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of financials, including cost control and revenue management
Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining quality and consistency
Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a plus
Valid EU work permit
