Your role

As a Sommelier, you will curate and elevate the wine experience, guiding guests through a thoughtful and refined selection while creating memorable and personalized moments. You will play a key role in shaping the beverage identity, working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure harmony between food, wine, and atmosphere.

What you will do:

• Curate and manage the wine list, ensuring quality, diversity, and alignment with the Nômade concept

• Recommend wines and pairings, offering a personalized and engaging guest experience

• Lead wine service with precision, elegance, and attention to detail

• Train and guide the team on wine knowledge and service standards

• Collaborate with the kitchen to create harmonious food and wine pairings

• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines

• Stay updated on wine trends, regions, and producers

• Support overall F&B operations when needed

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate about wine, gastronomy, and storytelling through service

• Experienced Sommelier or strong background in wine-focused roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a refined sense of service

• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment

• Natural team player with leadership qualities

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Sommelier or in a similar role

• Solid knowledge of wines, regions, and pairing techniques

• Certification (WSET or similar) is a plus

• Ability to deliver high-level guest experiences

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Valid EU work permit
