Your role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be an essential part of the guest journey, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment while supporting the daily operations of the retail space. You will represent the Nômade spirit through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine connection with our community.

What you will do:

• Welcome and assist customers, creating a warm and personalized shopping experience

• Support daily retail operations, ensuring the space is organized and visually appealing

• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide and advise customers effectively

• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory organization

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained

• Support the team in achieving sales goals and store targets

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service

• Interest in lifestyle, wellness, or conscious brands is a plus

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

• Good understanding of customer service standards

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Valid EU work permit
